A top trending paper published on patient authorship in medical research involving members of the AIDE project

Two researchers involved in the AIDE project, the Primary Investigator Beverley Yamamoto and Advisory Board member Karen Woolley were co-authors on a paper about patient authorship in medical publications.

Although only published at the end of April, it has made it into the list of top 10% of all research papers ever tracked by Altmetric according to the Observatory for International Research. We received a report that:

“Altmetric has tracked 25,893,933 research outputs across all sources so far. Compared to these, this one has done particularly well and is in the 94th percentile: it’s in the top 10% of all research outputs ever tracked by Altmetric.”
